I first contacted Tyson when I was in Wyoming. When I was in Wyoming I was in a different time zone and he took that into consideration when calling me back. Then when I refinanced my house this year I was in North Dakota and still did all he could to help me through the process. He did all the leg work while I was at work so that I could sign the paperwork there in North Dakota. Even after hours.

Tyson, did a great job in helping me understand what was happening in my loan process. He was able to break down the loan vocabulary in terms that I could understand without making me feel stupid. Tyson got me prequalified. When I had an item that was suppose to fall off my credit and didn't, I thought for sure it would be at least a year before I could buy a house. I had tried everything, and was ready to give up. Out of the blue a couple of months later Tyson contacted me. He told me my credit was now good. He then helped me get the loan, and followed out through to closing. Now, a month later, he still is following up with me making sure Im satisfied.
